Aztecs men's basketball to be celebrated at Snapdragon Stadium SAN DIEGO -- Snapdragon Stadium will host a celebration to honor San Diego State University men's basketball team's historic March Madness run, the school's sports department said.The free event is scheduled for Saturday at 7:30 p.m., according to SDSU. Parking will open at 4:30 p.m., stadium gates at 6 p.m. and a red carpet arrival for the Aztecs at 6:30 p.m.The team will then make their way into the stadium starting from the roundabout in the southeast side of the parking lots to inside the east gate, officials said.A maximum of six free tickets must be claimed in advance. Save A Lot opening in Englewood postponed after protests CHICAGO — Plans to open a new Save A Lot where the old Whole Foods in Englewood was located are on hold after dozens of residents protested against the store's opening. The store off of 63rd Street was expected to open Thursday, but after residents came out Wednesday night expressing their opposition, the opening date has been pushed back. Whole Foods in Englewood to close in November Some local residents said they weren't invited to a soft opening scheduled for Wednesday night. Since Whole Foods closed in November, several residents have shared the type of grocery store they want to see in its place. They said Save A Lot is not it.
